Individual or personalised programs give us a more complete picture when it comes to your health and fitness. With a clear goal and plan in place - you know exactly what you're doing each week before every workout.
Take the guesswork out of exercise and train with intent. No more scrolling through workouts on Instagram or rushing to make classes. Workout on your own time, suit your own schedule, with a plan that supports your goals and make fitness work for your life - not the other way around.
What is included?
Includes an initial consultation with Head Coach, Ben Hughes. During this time we will explore your goals, current ability and activity levels, injury history, potential banana peels and more.
You will receive your full PDF training plan along with instructional videos within five business days of your consultation. Once you begin training we are available for WhatsApp support throughout with a final check-in at the finish line.
Who is this for?
As this is a fully individualised strength and conditioning program, it is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. It is perfect for individuals with some knowledge, some training experience but who are looking for more guidance, structure and better results. Or for those who are tired of scrolling through random workouts on Instagram each time.
How long is the program?
Typically eight weeks, depending on the individual's goals and abilities.
The program can easily be repeated multiple times as many clients do, becoming progressively fitter and stronger with each cycle of training. View this is an investment in your long-term health and wellbeing.
